Strawberry cheesecake in smoothie form.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups strawberries
- 2 tbsp cashews
- 4 pitted dates
- 2 ⅔ cups milk
- ¼ cup protein powder
Instructions:
- Blend strawberries, cashews, date, milk, protein powder and a handful of ice in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and top with extra chopped cashews if desired.
