Healthline tester trying Mindbodygreen Creatine+ powder

Mindbodygreen supplements may be worth considering if you have a budget to spare and haven’t achieved results with other supplements. The company’s commitment to high quality ingredients, clinically backed formulations, and rigorous testing processes may help justify the high cost.

Our testers appreciated how easily the supplements were to swallow, and they didn’t experience any adverse side effects, unlike when they typically do.

For example, one tester usually experiences gastrointestinal (GI) upset and bloating from whey protein, but did not experience this with Mindbodygreen’s protein powder.

Many products combine several nutrients and botanicals, which can offer savings and reduce the number of supplements you need to take separately.

That said, it’s important to note that while many formulations used in MindbodyGreen supplements are strongly supported by research, some products’ health claims have less evidence to support their use.

Our expert tester, Kelli McGrane, MS, RD, found the Mindbodygreen creatine supplement to be a solid option, noting that it’s third-party tested, diet-friendly (vegan and gluten-free), provides an effective dose of creatine monohydrate, and is free from artificial additives. However, she also pointed out that it has a slightly soapy taste in water and comes at a higher price than some alternatives.
